Company History
The company was formed in 2024, following a collaboration between like-minded professionals who share a passion for best-practices in governance, and a common vision to improve governance throughout all organizations. Governance is as much about behaviours, as it is about systems, and we see the opportunity to provide a unique service, where we examine the practical application, collaborative efforts, and all aspects of the communication of the governance fundamentals and practices within an organization, using expanded methods of due diligence examination. Our focus, and our aim, will be to ensure that the organizations we assess will be poised to enjoy a bright future, through the implementation and maintenance of the foundations of good governance.
