Dan Shepherdson (EVP, CFO, Corporate Secretary) - Dan is a C-Suite executive, consultant, and independent professional Director with over 40 years of financial, corporate, and governance experience, with a strong tendency towards innovation, and non-linear solutions.
Dan is active on a number of private, public, and national association and not-for-profit Boards, where he has acted as a Director, Chair of the Board, Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee, as well as a member of the Governance Committee. This allows Dan to provide a wealth of experience “at the Board table”, promoting the stability of all organizations, which can be attained through governance best practices. Dan holds multiple professional and director designations, where his current interests are focused on innovative solutions that are naturally derived from having a sound corporate and governance framework, with a particular interest in ESG initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the development of increased neurodiversity on corporate management teams, and in the boardroom.
