Using our unique ISO 37000 Due Diligence Checklist© we conduct a comprehensive review of the existing governance framework, conditions, and principles, to produce a final report that highlights the positives and negatives of the client’s organizational governance practices, as well as any key ‘gaps’ relative to the guidance provided under the ISO 37000 Standard. As appropriate, this governance maturity assessment report will include recommendations that will help the organization identify action items that should then be the focus for the board and executive leadership team, in order to strengthen the governance processes within the organization.
