Governance Training and Education
We provide tailored training to support clients in developing their governance and leadership knowledge, with specific focus on how it can be used to create a governance framework, or how to enhance their existing one. The training will explain the ISO 37000 Standard and how its principles can benefit the organization. There is the option for individuals from the board, or from within the senior leadership team, to further their knowledge through individual certification, to carry on the governance initiatives identified. The training is tailored to address our client’s key questions, and address specific challenges they may have in their governance and leadership ecosystem.
